HHLONIX

France

Using your own router in France

Hlonix currently covers the Freebox bridge-mode path with first-party documentation. Coverage is deliberately partial rather than pretending that every French ISP exposes the same replacement options.

Bridge mode is the clean own-router path

Free documents bridge mode specifically for personal routers and advanced users. The Freebox forwards the internet connection to a single downstream device.

Some Freebox services change

Free warns that Wi-Fi, UPnP-related services and some TV/LAN functions are reduced or unavailable in bridge mode.

Why coverage is partial

Hlonix adds an ISP only when current technical evidence is strong enough for a concrete verdict. France is visible now because the Freebox path is well documented; other ISPs can be added when their own-router rules are equally clear.
